Not able to understand what this stupid heading is...Shhh this is what we recived when we seperated from GE.Yesterday was the height of mismanagement it was visible how strong our processes are...They really care about us..
Yesterday I was in mood of going home little early around 7:00 but since it was raining heavily I didn't take the trouble of going from my phase 5 to Phase 22 and then wait for cab there so I rostered myself for 8:00 PM drop.
I went down with my friend Vibhor for Sutta break around 8:00 and to my surprise no cab was standing there So I though its there daily business they send 8:00 PM drop at 8:30.Me and vibhor were standing and enjoying our sutta suddenly a car zip passed us and we just escaped that bitch was driving like crazy she was aware that people are standing and water is there on the road but still.I got frustoo on this and wanted to say some thing to her but then thought not to take panga outside office.
My wait for Cab was still on and to my surprise it was 8:20 and still no cab.Then came our hero Mr. SP Singh transport incharge he said no rostering today and cab will be allocated manually.Pepople were runnig after him "I want to go to Faridabad" Send us first.
He was distributing the cabs as an when they were comming I was not interested in running after him as there was already about 40-50 pepople were running after him.
My friend came down for 9:00 PM drop and was surprised to see me still standing there.I though its better to have dinner but curtousy to our Logistic we had the board at the entrance
"Due heavy rainfall food will be delayed for 15-20" wtf it was already 35 mins late...
I was not in the mood to have anything from Comsum me and my friend vibhor made a plan to visit Rahul for the night and have some gala time there as his home was near by in GGN.
Rahul was taking his dinner at that time after discussing with him we left for his home on vibhor bike . 3 people me and rahul both over weight :).Bike handle was shaking like anything.
As we were driving the last thing u want is water on road with lots of khaddas and our bike was about to struck in one of those but it was a narrow escape...
We went to bar shop and it was out of stock "sone per suhaga" I was thinking what the hell is happening today.
But at last we reached his flat and then they both went some where else to get some Votka.
Aabhi kismat ke karishme katham nahi hue but thats in my next post

Steps to Personal Mastery
Attended a one day work shop on Steps to Personal Mastery on firday...... :)
As usual started my day by getting up late and then trying hard to catch the 10:10 shuttle but to my surprise cab was there standing at 10:00....Wow !! what a start
Reached 22B at 11:40 training was suppose to start at 12:00.Some how I managed to find the Antarctic Chill !! and trust me it was real chill inside too...
Rajesh welcomed me in room as he was setting the things at that time..He asked me "have you recived any mail"
I said yes and start looking for my name...Found my seat exactly between two girls .....and slowly room begun to fill..There were only 4 boys out of 21 in the whole room including trainer... We all started introducing our partners and I was little scared as I was only one with less then a year exprience with GECIS as an consultant.Most of them were 2-3 years of exp with Gecis and some with 4 years.I was wonders what the hell they are doing here...
And as expected I found nothing new in that training apart from those general concepts of GE again and again.Four steps Ownership, Energizing people, Proving Credibility,Taking Initiatives.
Jayaram was very true when he told me "Common sense is not that common among people thats why this big names are given to such programs" and trust I was aware of all these things earlier as well.But one thing I realized the importance of experience it was not the instructor it was not the course material on top of everything it was the experience of the people that was making that training good.People sharing were there real time exp and problems and how they handled it.
Then came an interesting round ...at that time only we learned that we should acknowledge people and they showed us the Munnai bhai clip too so can u guess what we were suppose to do...
Yes we were suppose to acknoledge some one in the room.The rules were simple u will throw a ball to the person u want to acknowledge.
One girl who was having the exp of over 4 years acknowledged me abt my optimism and wished me good luck in my career I can bet If I would have been from the commerce background I would have asked her to join her team :).
There was another girl who also wanted to acknowledge me and the moment she started saying abt me instructor stopped him and asked her to acknowledge some one else in the room khadus ... :)

Only consntant in life "Change"
When I was young people always used to tell me that change is the only constant in life.I didn't realized it at that time but after my 15 months of experience in industry I really realized what it really means.In last 24 hrs itself life has changed 3 times.
Change has become the biggest word in my life in last 3 months.When I came back to my home town after 4 years I was happy but the same person is desperate to move out as soon as possible.Its not that I don't like my home town its more career.
Career has become everything for him.His sentiments are no longer same.
Preparing others for the change that he is trying to bring to there lifestyle another hardwork of 3-4 years might take him where he wants to be....
